    Hi all

Looking for some info about how I can stop table cell background images (set using CSS) from disappearing when there is no text in the cell. I cannot use   as this cause the cell size to increase (cell needs to be height=4! I have a small background image set in CSS to repeat, which works fine if I have some text in there but when I remove the text the background disappears.

Anyone got any kind of ideas pleeeeeaaaaassssseeeeee?

pbfarrelly, threw this together and tested it IE and Fox 1.0. Let me know if this takes care of it. This is a simple example that works but there may be something else going on or the td's may be inheriting other class or id styles which could cause your td's to not be displaying correctly.
