Hey, a nice boring subject, stats and logs...

My host has decided that they will no longer have any stats support on there server, all i can access is the different logs, raw access and a few others.

How can i take these logs and get a nice graphical view of who is visiting?

Strange that they would disable all the scripts, but i am showing 0 bandwidth usage for the month, i have uploaded more than a gig so i think there is summin up with the server there...

If you can get the raw log files you should be able to run them through FunnelWeb. It's a free piece of stats software anyone can download - [link]

I personally would change hosts.

Most hosts would offer Webalizer and Awstats as standard. You can download your gunzipped logfiles (they come with the extension of gz) to a folder and run Webalizer ( available from http://www.mrunix.net/webalizer/) which will produce a nice display of stats. Awstats can do that too, but requires Perl to be installed in your windows machine.
