My logs show times different than my OS system time. I am using "W3C Extended log file format" and would like to get my log files in to be the same as my system time.
Is this commond for web server logs time to be off?

W3C Extended Log uses GMT. You can set IIS to use local time for file naming and rollover, but it'll still record GMT in the entries. AFAIK there's no way around that for W3C.

You can always set your timezone to GMT and set the time to your local time...
