i am looking for any press release software that i can use.
any recommendations?

Depends what you mean by software?!?
Creation or publication?
If creation, try Microsoft Office online for templates, visit PR sites and get a feel for how they should look.
If you mean publication, submission of articles and press releases need to be carried out manually.
