You know you are a webmaster...If you end your sentence with 3 dots. If at 1.34 AM can't go to sleep because your site is down for 5 hours and been hitting the 'refresh' button every minute then run to neotrace hoping that its a network problem then back again to the refresh button. In between, check the window for SEF and GHF just to see if there's any new posting.

Okay, this is the Photo Essay version. Couldn't resist...1. ... you trip over ethernet cables three times on the way to the bathroom 2. ... you spend 4 hours on a perl script that removes 1 line of HTML code from 3 or less web pages 3. ... you spend 5 hours on a script that automatically kills your windows manager (for linux users) at 3am... then never use it 4. ... you write scripts that email you stuff like 'stretch now' 5. ... your outdated graphics card earns it's place mounted on your wall in a graphics-card-timeline 6. ... you decide you want to get fit, spend 4 hours reading web pages about getting fit, then go back to working 7. ... you stick post-it notes on your monitor to remind you of stuff... 8. ... half of your screen is covered in post-it notes and you don't realise 9. ... your ISP goes down and you have absolutely no idea about what to do with yourself
