Tonight was the last ep of FarScape. I am very sad.

What's worse is that the frelling drenheads at SciFi were nice enough to renew them for a 5th season (after they had the script written with the story ending with the close of the 4th season) and then changed their mind on the last day of shooting the 4th season finale - so ya, the last ep ended with first a 'To Be Continued' cliff-hanger, and then a black screen thanking the actors, producers and views for 4 years.

FarScape was rated the best original scifi show on tv. Really Dumb Move folks.

So, now I am very sad.

They say they are going to find a way to get the rest of the story out - someday.

It was global. From Australia (where it was filmed) to the UK to the US.

If you don't watch SciFi you wouldn't see it tho. It was a SciFi original and only aired on SciFi.

By 'SciFi' I mean the SciFi cable channel - not science fiction in general. [ SciFi]

This was never a movie, it's a TV series (Saturn Award Winning (in the past) & Currently Nominated) and only ever aired on the SciFi channel (for 4yrs).

Its wasnt on a scifi channel ehre in England.

It was on digital and cable as well as terrestrial analogue channels.

It was quite a good program and I watched it a few times but never really got into it because it changed so much I got lost and confused.

Maybe il download every eposode and watch them in order. Should only take 2 days on my connection then ill give you a better answer smile

Btw who is the actress who plays the woman in it because she is kinda hot!

Yes we get Millenium as well, infact we get loads of god stuff.

Check out the listing for Sky One of an evening after 6pm and about 1pm on Sundays, they are good sci fi times if I remember correctly.

Actually, it was shown on the SciFi channel over here. Also on BBC2. smile

Farscape started off okay, then got a little weird with all the Chrichton/Scorpius goings on. I won't miss it, but it was a good way to spend an hour if there was nothing else on the box! :P

It did get a bit weird with the whole Scorpius/Harvey thing - but if you hung with it, it grew on you smile I was kinda happy to see Harvey in the last few eps.
