adminshop.com put a link on their site. Me being the fool that I am, clicked on the link in my logfiles(just redirects to their main). Does that then tell them the url of my logfiles?
How is that going to pass pr onto their site, since my logfile page isn't linked to my site and has no pr?

Rezac, you can't click on a link in your log file. You can click on a link in your log file reader, but that just loads a page into your browser, so the information is just the normal information you pass at all web sites.

So what's the point of doing it then? Just to get webmaster traffic?

Yes.
"Reffy is a Windows-based mass referrer spammer, which means that it will make a connection to a buttload of sites of your choosing with any referrer URL and User-Agent that you specify. This accomplishes several things. Firstly, it generates webmaster traffic from webmasters checking their referral statistics. Secondly, it boosts your link popularity and thereby your Google PR, because a lot of sites have public referral stats with linked entries."

ya I read that on the site. So unless I'm passing pr to my stats page, it's useless?

It's just log spamming. It gets you to click onto their site. Also, some fools post their stats with live links passing on some PR...
