HMO health care premiums are 100% paid for employee. Same sex domestic partner coverage is also available. Most benefits are effective on your date of hire. Stock Program New hire employees will be recommended to be granted an option to purchase shares of Google stock. Your option price will be based upon the fair market value as determined by the Board of Directors on the date of grant. The main item, 'vacations', is not very good, at least by European standards. I may be old fashioned but my idea is pay people a proper salary in return for a honest weeks work and leave it at that. No Gyms, in house lawyers, Rock climbing etc. This is a typical HR department justifying there presence and there fore job security. What is all this stuff ? This is over the top in my opinion, and all it does is to put employers under pressure to compete with employment packages. (Copy Shortcut)
