Ok. Maybe 'Trauma' is too big of a word, but to ME it is trauma!! I like perfection and when it doesn't happen-it's NOT pretty! I am having problems with my yahoo inbox stating it has (1) message in it and there aren't any in it. How do I fix that? I did all the usual 'reboot, etc.' stuff, but to no avail. Someone PLEASE help. It sounds simple...but I'm computer tech challenged!! Thanks!

Is anyone online that could answer a quick question for me? How do I get my 'yahoo inbox' from reading it has (1) message in the inbox when it DOESN'T??!! Just curious.

I'll take a guess at it... Odds are you do have an unread message but it's likely just spam that has an incorrect date on it so it's buried somewhere back in your inbox.
View: All Messages (use the little drop-down menu here to select "Unread" )
Let me know if that works.

I regularly get messages with a date from a year ago, or several months into the future. I guess the spammers think it will make the message appear at the beginning of the list and stand out more. Yeah; and so much easier to delete too

I asked Yahoo Customer Service as well and they didn't answer it either. Its STILL sitting in 'bold' as if I have mail and I tried what you said and it shows nothing to be read. I've never had this problem before.
