I'm pitching a new reality show to FOX (they'll go for anything):
Fencing with Fishes
Opponents each get to choose a fish - the selection will range from the ubiquitous trout, to the sawfish.
Two people square off in the arena ( a wading pool with knee deep water) and proceed to taunt each other. Eventually, it'll come to blows. The choice of "weapon" will dictate the fighting style used by each opponent.
The trout comes in handy for bludgeoning, while the swordfish would be used in a more classic-style of attack.
There will be a bonus round for the winner, as well. Last person standing has the final challenge of converting their "weapon" into a meal for the judges. If the judges believe you've shown ingenuity and fore-thought, you win. So, for example:
Using a spot-light from the stage setup to braise your trout, while sprinkling it with some dill you secreted in your sock prior to the fight (in a ziploc bag, naturally) would likely garner approval from the judges.
Tearing your trout into small chunks and suggesting it's sushi, would likely NOT impress the judges.

there is just no pleasing some! _ however, I think that the bevy of fish at large - as presented is just fine.
Nobody has supplied an adequate trout, but that is deemed entirely natural, given the crowd we have to work with.

See it here.
OK, so it looks like a trout in a frying pan, I'll grant you, but if you go to the link, you'll see the proper trout.
Damn spacing here kills it every time.

Flying Fish - as in "If you believe that, you'll believe anything".
I'm working on a fish on a bicycle, but it's not going well ...
