Does AzoogleAds work with spyware / thiefware affiliates (so called super affiliates)?
It would seem so by this portion in their "Acceptable Use Policy for Downloadable Software" which states:
8. Advertising Placement. Each advertisement shown via the Downloadable Software must appear entirely on-screen, with no portion of its body or title bar off-screen. Each advertisement shown via the Downloadable Software must be reasonable in size, and may not unreasonably cover (or reduce the visible area of) any underlying web page that a user had requested. ...
If so I have no wish to work with a network that works with thiefware / spyware type of adware perveyors.

They contacted me on Monday. I filled in the info they requested to join, they then said we'll review it and let you know.
Yesterday they send me the application and they require a copy of my W9 (if I'm in the US) or a photocopy of my SIN card (Social Insurance Number - as I'm Canadian).
I told them to pound sand and intend to let others know to consider carefully before doing business with them.
It's actually illegal in Canada to make photocopies of federally or provincially issues documents such as lisences, passports, birth certificates, etc.
I realize they are just CYA, but there are any number of other programs I can join that DON'T ask for this very private info.

They contacted me too via email to sign up as an affiliate. When I sent back a question about that section, the person didn't respond back whether or not they allow Gator / Whenu / 180solutions type of affiliates to join the network or whether they allow them or not to be used by their merchants.
