    OK, he'd lose it if he found out, I'm sure. ...and for real someone would be fired...

    How the heck is that happening - nothing in the code on the website...

    Most likely it was done with a 301 or a 302 redirect and a copy of their home page.

    Copy their home page and put it on your site; then 301 it or 302 it over to trump's site. Something like that...

    If you look at the Google cache then those links are on the page; but I suspect that it's being done with a 301 or 302 redirect and a copy of the page put on another site with a higher PR.
