I'm having the most difficult time finding out what it takes to start a website that has the capability to download ringtones,screensavers,etc to cell phone customers. Anyone out there have any idea's?

I assume that most are just affiliates or agents acting as a "front" for a larger company that actually supplies the product.
If you're thinking of directly supplying the product yourself, I guess that specialist software, and a direct link to a TelCo, to deliver by SMS, is required, and there is the sticky problem of licencing and copyrights to think of too.

There seems to be quite a few websites with this capability but so far I have not been able to find anyone that knows how to do it. Search engines do not produce anything, only leads to someone's site. I haven't even been able to find a "larger" company to set up an affiliate account
