Uh, that is NOT thejenn. thejenn is Jennifer Laycock, not Jennifer Slegg. In fact, thejenn left here to be the editor of Search Engine Guide (www.searchengineguide.com)
Read thejenn's bio here where she talks about being a former Admin of SEF.
But, anyway, congrats to Jennifer Slegg.
