For the past week every time I come here I have a 1 new message in my Inbox ( shows up in red as it should ) and yet I have searched and searched and there is NO new messages for me - does anyone know what this is from and how I can get rid of it.... just annoys me

I've seen this error before. If you look at your "sent items" area you'll see that it's most likely a message that someone sent and replied to you.
There is a new message, it's just not in the right place. We're working on that issue.

PS: yep went and checked sent folder and that is right where it was
