Hello everyone

I've been a member for a while but only posted once. I usually just read everything and look around.

Maybe someone could advise me on where to post a question I had. I read all the instructions but cant seem to figure out the right place to post.

I have a domain ((url removed)) which I've been using as a very basic news site about Chicago's Olympic Bid and a few Google ads. I want to now develop it further in house but I've been getting some very vague offers from brokers that want to buy it.

I have no real interest in selling but I am curious from the pros around here if you think it has real value even though there's a number in the title.

Thanks!

If that broker ask you to pay for domain appraisal, then it's a SCAM. Ignore those offers.

But if those offers are not scam and offering good $$$$ then IMO sell your domain using escrow / moniker service.

Yep always do the escrow service as it protects both the buyer and seller. Otherwise seller might lose a domain and not get paid for it or buyer might pay and not get a domain. Too many scamsters on the net doing this crap to not use an escrow service that is trusted.
