I have reported this to 1 or 2 mods over the time of the last 4 - 6 months via a PM as I did not want to make a public stink about it, but it is getting much worse.
Every time I come here I have to log in and log in and log in over and over
It takes about 4 - 5 times before the site says I am logged in and then when I go to post I have to log in yet again. After I post - yep I am not logged in still..... very frustrating.
Also my inbox PM don't show up that I have a new PM and when someone then emails me to say "hey read your PM" and I check my in box - nothing, finally G1 told me try checking my sent box and yep that is where my new messages are going..
?
OK here is a perfect example. Just a few minutes ago my inbox showed a red 1 showing me I have a message - the message was sent 06/08/2007 02:29:03 pm and I just got it NOW !!!! I have been logged in many many times since this PM was sent to me and this is the first time the red or the 1 has shown up.
I have logged in from a different pc and even registered under a different user name to test things out - same results.
Am I alone in this site tech issues? and are they being work on to be corrected
Much Appreciated,
Beth

*shakes head*
Yeah, we're trying to work out the PM/Inbox issues...
As for your login woes, Beth, sorry to say I've never had that issue - nor heard form anyone else who's had the same issues.
Still it's worth us asking our head tech/programmer gent if he can take a poke around to see if anything in your account is amiss...

But the cookie would be common to you no matter where you go Beth. Unless you're clearing your cache and deleting cookies every time - if that's the case, I don't know what it could be...
