Hello, All,
Joining because I'm wondering if anyone over here could share some information regarding Hyperseek, iWebSupport and what happened to the Hyperseek community. I know the Hyperseek software was sold. And I'm pretty sure John C. still surfs that halls of this region of the WWW universe. I'm resurrecting a project/site and had some questions. JSS hasn't responded to e-mail and before I jump on the horn and start paying for support I'm wondering if anyone on SEF would care to share some information and insight. I'm perfectly willing to take our conversation offline if you think its appropriate. In keeping with forum protocol, I'm not identifying my site or project name.
Thanks.
Rob

Hey Rob - your best bet might be to try droppign John a PM here, or posting something directly for his eyes - be prepared to wait a bit, though, as he's a busy guy and may not get back to you for a bit.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what else you might try.

Yeah, I just took a second look at the Gazette message and as I suspected, he is a a prominent figure hereabouts. In the past he has always been very personable and helpful and I know from past experience he is a very busy man. Hence, I thought it best to reach out to the community in general as a first course of inquiry. I'll drop him a message on the side.
Thanks.
