Just a quick note to let folks know about a recent addition here at SEF.
To counter the spammers, we've implemented a post challenge. Please bear with us as we continue to work on the system with an eye towards streamlining it in the future.
For now, to submit a post, please enter the letters to the left of the post message button in the space provided.
All letters are lower case and the system is case sensitive, so watch out for CAPLOCKS... 
Here's hoping this will help curb some of the drive-by spam we see here as robots won't be getting past it easily.

Success rate is intermittent. There is really something wrong. I know for sure I was very careful and still got error:
Invalid Verification Code Entered ... Please Try Again

Is everyone sharing the same verification code and then when one person posts, it resets and the next person submits but gets error? This verification code checker will need to be disabled until a reliable method can be created and double checked before enabling this feature again. Don't these features get tested before implementation?

whenever you post something, always add the captcha code to it.

and if you failed like this time I failed and got an error. Try again with new code and also add the new code to the post at the end of old code as follow:

Every pageview from everybody must be resetting the verification code each and every time. It can't work that way—bad programming.
