Hi I'm new here. Does anyone know how to I can learn how to create a search engine website? What do I need to know? Are there any books, videos, etc. that can help assist me? How much will it cost? Your help would be appreciate. Thank you.

I think this has been said before, but you have a huge resource here - just browse or use the search facility. And there are other forums too, plus Google's webmaster stuff is very useful.
Some books are available, but most would say, I think, that the playing field tilts so often, that they are simply out of date before publication.
There's a few good videos on youtube; they too have a serach facility.
Go for it!
It's not that we don't want to spoon feed you ... it's just that everyone's needs are different; until you've read a bit, you'll not know what questions to ask
