I am exercising more often, and I'm trying not to spend so much time on the forums, in general.

Can a moderator please permanently ban me so I will not be tempted to log in.

I have internet addiction (slightly) and OCD.

If any moderator sees this, please ban me all together.

Thanks.

That IS serious. Why not take it all the way and ask your ISP to limit your internet access?

ISPs really should come up with special packages for webaholics. Big problem today that needs to be addressed I think.

ISPs cannot help.

A gambler recently sued a bookmaker for taking his money after he told them not to.

The judge threw it out, despite agreeing that the bookmaker 'failed in its duty of care' on the grounds that if they had refused his money, he'd just have taken it to someone else.

Sending troll emails, like he did, is sad, and symptomatic of someone with nothing better to do. But he needs to get help, not send silly messages!

Ask a drug addict if he'd stop just because his regular supplier took pity and said 'no more'. Actually, don't - you know what the answer would be smile
