I do know getting info on adult boards can be very usefull for SEO, and for those that do not know, most are not written in obscene or explicate language. Many SEO articles are written by some very professional web designers and SEO's

I do not see any reason why a particular article could not be referred to via a URL of the page which are not always on adult boards

Would it be a good idea to list the webmaster or how to submit pages on the actual SEs & Directories?

"Would it be a good idea to list the webmaster or how to submit pages on the actual SEs & Directories?"

Could be luck, but after AV put the ridiculous submit page of OCR numbers or whatever...I cant remember the name, and robots are deep crawling like mad (included AV) I have let aside submitting to SE. Most of them, even the pay for submission ones, are listing my site. Really, I am not BSing here.

Here's another good one I use a lot:

Netcraft http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph/

It shows server uptime, but what I find helpful is that you can look up a domain name and find the IP and the host easily for reporting spammers. Also see what OS/server software they're running and other sites on the same host.

Most of the tools (links) listed here are pretty good ones. Let me add one with a little different twist. eFax - This little tool has given me the ability to send or receive faxes without the need of a fax machine. It comes via your e-mail, you are given a "fax viewer" so the fax comes, or is sent, in the fax format. The faxes are printable of course. They give you a fax number for free. The receive fax only version is free. I mention this because it has saved me considerable time when processing orders and etc. thus I feel it qualifies as a SEO tool for use with your SEO clients. http://www.efax.com
