check this strange listing I ran across just now:DealTime.com: Comparison Shop for Almost Anything DealTime www.pointcast.com 1) the title is related to what I searched 2) the domain obviously isn't 3) the link leads to infogate.com ???? Only thing I can think is that maybe DealTime bought the pointcast.com domain when it went under, just to get some redirected hits while people still hit it, and then subsequently threw it away, and infogate did the same later, but hasn't been indexed since the switch??

Pointcast Inc. (POINTCAST-DOM) 10421 Wateridge Circle Suite 200 San Diego, CA 92121 US Domain Name: POINTCAST.COM----- DealTime.com (DEALTIME3-DOM) 475 5th Ave 2nd Floor New York, NY 10017 Domain Name: DEALTIME.COM ----- Looks like the domain hasn't changed hands but it could be a straight traffic redirect deal which is pretty common as a way to earn some income for companies not actively doing web stuff. I'm going to move this to the Member Lounge.

Going to a neighborhood party down the street. I live in one of those neighoods where we all know each other, visit constantly, borrow sugar, and pretend to like each other. Just kidding! I like them all, except for the one that won't clean up after his whimpy dog.The great thing about the parties here, no one has to drive home!

It does in a way seem like a clever ploy to get traffic, but it would surely be mostly "junk" traffic, don't you think? Unless infogate is somehow similar to pointcast - I didn't read too carefully.

janet, if you've seen the "burbs" than i'm sure you've seen how to deal with dogs in neiborhoods! New Years will consist of a quiet nite at home with my lovely wife; the perfect evening!

I can tell you I will not be getting stupidly drunk as some will—it's shameful. I suppose I am straight as an arrow in some people's mind, but that is OK.jsinger: Some of my sites dates will change automatically

100 Pipers I had for the Xmas, is still ringing in my ears. ( I don't exceed the limits in all things) BTW, that's tantalizing. Another one of your little tricks to change the copyright dates all by itself. How's that?Wish you all a very happy and Prosperous New Year!

I'm with Curt & Jkcity, I'll probably head downtown to a club with my best friend - cheers guys!. I live in an Italian neighbourhood, I don't even speak the same language as most of my neighbours. I do know the couple right beside me, although they happen to have a dog named "Dante" who is a rather large, fiesty and "hungry for some legs" looking Doberman.. we're not that close.

I am officially coming out of the closet. I am a nerd I will be playing Magic: The Gathering with some frineds. Then we are gonna play RISK 2210 AD; that game is a sleep killa! LOL. It would be interesting to see how all these games will turn out as we will be pretty smashed I am predicting that we, most likely, will sit around all drunk and watch my best friend play Final Fantasy X. Yup, that sounds like a typical night out for my friends and I. There. I feel so much better now Happy New Year Everyone

Ok, before the new years thing, I must say; nearly every time I visit GHF I have a good laugh. I could be in the worst of snarly moods and still end up giggling at someones post! I just wanted to say thanks for that!! so there's my show of christmas cheer, no more until next year got it!!! hmm... new years day, well no doubt I'll end up half cut on Captain Morgans Spiced Rum with a friend or two, playing Q3 arena until our eyes give and water like some badly leaking tap!! yeeha!! Cheers everyone! Have a good one.
