Hello,
I have found a lot of websites doing cloaking and other spam methods in MSN, where ca you report it to MSN so they can remove them, just look at this example:
((URL REMOVED)), view the source it is ((KEYWORD REMOVED spam. lol

MSN has a feedback page here where you can submit a spam result that you've found.
