This is slightly off topic for this thread, but if you are having difficulty with delivery issues to MSN/Hotmail, you will want to visit this site:

CODE:

http://postmaster.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/postmaster.asp

On the toobar, click on senders. Scroll to the bottom and click on trouble shooting.

Look under the section titled Delivery Problems.

First review the section titled "Technical Standards." Presuming that your set up and mailing practices are up to snuff, follow the guidelines under the section titled Documentation. Put the material you need together and then get in touch with the MSN/Hotmail Postmaster using the provided address.

Someone from the postmaster office will get in touch with you and should aid you with resolving your problem.

Please understand that you are asking for assistance and as the postmaster site makes it clear, MSN/Hotmail takes the position it is under no obligation to deliver your mail.

This means you want to be polite, honest and transparent in your dealings.

Trusting this helps.

John

Bonded Sender can be helpful solution to problems with MSN/Hotmail. However, before going down that road there are three questions:

* How do you treat hard and soft bounces?

* Are you complying with the guidelines that MSN/Hotmail and Yahoo! have published online concerning proper mailing practices?

(See the links earlier in this thread.)

* Do your mailing practices meet the Bonded Sender plus standard?

* Have you checked the surbl to see whether your domain is blocked?
