I used popupad.net stats were a bit sketchy, didn't count a large amount of hits ( only recorded roughly 15% of them) Still waiting for my check also, should have been here about a week and a half ago

As the Managing Director of Network22, owners of PopupAd.net, I read with interest the complaint of PopupAd.net not paying our affiliates and only counting a small percentage of the ads displayed, as this is simply not the case. We've been paying our 6500 affiliate publishers every month since 2000, without fail!

May I bring to your attention that PopupAd.net pays a unique cpm rate (not raw) and only pays for traffic sent from a selected number of countries. I've checked your account Eric, and I see (from a note in your account) that the system administrator had previously warned you about displaying an unacceptable amount of popups at the same time to each of your visitors, and that the vast majority of your traffic was from countries that were not included in the accepted countries list.

We don't have too many rules, but the few we do have, we would like to see adhered to. Both the technical manager and administration manager has sent you various emails, but you have failed to answer our emails and therefor the situation could not be resolved.
