Hi,

How do I address the problem of incoming links misspelling our brand/site name in their link text? Is there a right/polite way to ask other sites to correct spelling/capitalisation etc?

Thanks for any help

Cheers
Robyn

I would think that a simple email like this would help:

"Thank you for the link to our site, yadda yadda. We really appreciate yadda yadda.
It will be an even greater help to us if you change the spelling/other issues of the link text to.....
Thank you again yadda yadda."

Yep. That would do it.
