I tried MSEO and they appear to have reneged on a pre-paid deal. Many attempts, both by email and phone, have failed to reach them.

The contact we have for MSEO is Mathias Levarek. After investigation, we've found that the following details on them:

Domain names registered under their company:
www.mseo.com
www.cybermultilingual.com
www.cyberdifference.com
They have phone numbers in Washington D.C. as well as in:
390 Van Deren Rd, Sedona, Arizona 86336 as well as P.O. Box details.

We also have four phone numbers for them that continually go onto voicemail. Does anyone else know about them or how to reach them?

Any advice too would help. Thanks.

Do you think the local 'Better Business Bureau' would have any information on them?

Hi, sounds interesting - I really appreciate the feedback, thanks.

I currently don't live in the states. MSEO say they are based in Washington but their domain is registered in Phoenix. Do you know how I could find a Better Business Bureau in those areas?

I found one in Google for Phoenix & Central Arizona.. [link]

If you look for Washington though there are a bunch of different ones based on the specific area. So I don't know which one you would use, you'd have to check the mailing address.

I would probably file a complaint wherever their actual offices are, if they have them.

I was researching this guy with the view to doing business with him. I spoke to him on this morning and we intend talking once more.

Could you tell me more as to whether your complaint was resolved before I raise your issue with him?

Not sure you'll get a reply Peter - those posts above were made almost a year ago now.

Best advice is to steer clear, though. There are enough good companies to deal with that you do not need any potential headaches.

Hi, stay clear. He never returned my many emails/calls and still owes us the money.
