We have a growing number of Chinese customers and are looking to promote more in that country, however only in the English language (due to the nature of our service).
Can anyone recommend any websites, search engines, agencies even where we can begin?

Hi iqal, I suggest you get someone who is well-versed in English and Chinese to do a translation and search (in chinese) on their chinese portals to see how it works over there. Chinese market is quite different from US.
