We've just launched our website and have recieved as many as 200 hits a day but not 1 sale! Our prices are Competitive with other similar sites. I'm not sure where we're going wrong. Any feedback would be great. You can get the link to my site through my profile. Thanks in advance for any help

Welcome to the forums. First of all you need to be clear on what you mean by a 'hit' - hits can be any number of things including a spider from a search engine so a hit isn't necessarily a person. Obviously an automated query isn't going to buy your products so the important variable to look at it actually pageviews. How many pageviews are you getting?
Second, once you get your site up and running you need to figure out where your traffic is coming from to determine who it actually is. It is possible that the people who are visiting your site aren't actually the kind of buyers that you need. Ie - someone searching for socks landing on a pet store page. So you need to make sure that your traffic is relevant.
Finally you need to examine your site itself - are there problems with the design that is scaring people off? Could you improve it somehow? (I can't answer this for you because your site wouldn't come up for me). You might try posting your site for a review in the 'Site Review Please' forum.
There are lots of things to think about and do when marketing a website. Start reading as much as you can and you'll soon be on your way.

As keke21 pointed out, it's important to know if the people finding you now are landing in a relevant place for what they're looking for. Further the quality of your visitors is important as well...but I have a few more basic things you may even want to consider.
Who do you expect will want to use your site? ie. target demographics.
Why will they buy from you? ie. Ease of finding quality products, etc.
I took a look at the page listed in your profile and it seems as if it could be quite overwhelming for someone who lands there to find what they're looking for. Gifts are a very B R O A D category that I think somehow you need to provide some way for your visitors to find the best gifts for their needs...therein, I believe, will be your sites success. Once you think you have that, then I'd recommend investing in marketing and advertising your site. If you market and spend before I'm afraid you'll lose money and patience and be disappointed. Keep the faith. You'll get it!

If you are targeting individuals who might place single orders, the mention "wholesale" might turn them away.
Your home page should be more attractive and its keywords should be more carefully selected.

hi,
I would place the site which makes you the most profit to be your defolt,
so that it does not takes 3 steps to get to your items to sale and then 2 to buy it (thats 5 steps instead of only one click to buy)

I have looked over your site. The biggest problem is many broken links in the figurine section of your catalog. The word wholesale to me can a problem but can work to your advantage if you say to something to the effect Retail at wholesale prices. That is if you are trying to reach the retail market.
I have a theory about retailing gift. Most gift purchase are done on impulse. This could be a problem for on-line Auctions and Web Stores.
