How do I create a customer database from my email program?

Basically I want to create Excel file or other form of database with name, address, phone details etc. Currently the details are in email forms, I use Eudora as my email program. What is the best and cheapest way of extracting these details?

Many thanks for your help.

Hi Nif...

If you have the information in text you should be able to import to Excel and have it put into a nice database the way you want it. I believe that you should be able to import each file into Excel and have it automatically inserted into those fields for you once they are labeled. You'll have to convert the text into the correct columns but it should work for you without too much of a problem.

My only other thought would be to set up something in MS Access which is a database builder and use it but Excel is easier in the long run.
