Hi

I have a new automotive website and I'm looking for experienced forums moderators who can help me grow this site.

Any ideas how to find apropiate peoples ?

Take a look at your forums and the posters. If there's anyone who is posting that you feel would make a good moderator then contact them and ask them.

Like bhartzer said, your best bet will be from your members. Look for those that are regulars, make helpful posts and show that they're level headed.

Also, on another forum where I'm an admin, we make it a point of not allowing any moderators under the age of 18. For one thing, you want a bit of maturity. For another, moderators occasionally may have to deal with inappropriate material being posted. The last thing you want is some underaged kid's mommy walking in on them doing a cleanup of such material and getting upset with you for exposing them to it.
