    Where can I get the latest book or authority of informtation on how to start your own affiliate program.

    There are very few new books on starting/running an affiliate program from a merchants perspective, plenty around for affiliates though.

    The latest is 'Strategic Affiliate Marketing' (2004) which is getting very mixed reviews. Otherwise there is 'Successful Affiliate Marketing for Merchants' by Shawn Collins, which is about 6 years old now I think and 'Proven Tactics in Affiliate Marketing : 8 Case Studies' (2003)

    You might want to check out Revenue Magazine too

    I would google, Shawn Collins. He has a blog and a website, but i cant remember the exact name of it. He knows his stuff. He also has been in the industry for many years. Try to find him.
