Hi, can anyone suggest where or how to buy double optins lists for the following niches?
1. latin travel
2. soccer fans
3. gay travel
4. adult (general, all niches)

My advice, don't buy opt in lists. From my experience, 99 out of 100 times, if not more, you'll lose money.
Better take that money, invest it in PPCs, SEO and even print campaigns. Then use the emails you get from that. There are many ways to get people to sign up for a Newsletter, and build your own opt-in list.
