I just discovered the Affiliate Classroom Magazine - very nicely done by Anik Singal & Helen Swann. I met Anik at Affiliate Summit so I knew about Affiliate Classroom, just didn't realize they had produced a full blown industry magazine, so thought I would spread the word for anyone else that didn't know about it.
The August 2005 issue includes topics like: How to choose ethical merchants -- How to manage anchor text for incoming links -- What your rights are as an affiliate -- Reviews of some affiliate software tools and more. You can read the nice full color online version or download and print for offline reading.

Good magazine especially for new affiliates who are lacking in web knowledge and don't really understand thiefware (gator, ezula toptext, 180solutions). What really ticks me off is that many affiliates are losing 50% of their commissions to thiefware (yes that's to Gator, TopText, eBates and 180solutions). Although I thought I read some time back that eBates was trying to ensure that affiliates didn't get cheated—don't know how true that is though (Don't really trust these thiefware companies to do the right thing and why should we?).
YOU AFFILIATES OUT THERE, ARE LOSING UP TO 50% AND PERHAPS MORE OF YOUR COMMISSIONS (according to the mag.). Doesn't that just make you as mad as a pitt bull?
