The company I work for is getting ready to rollout an in-house Affiliate Program. Its a worldwide program. Affiliates needed almost everywhere. Could someone let me know the best places to list this new program. Inside and outside the US.

Promote your affiliate program just like you would any other website. Identify keywords, optimize the site, get links, and get some more links.
There are a lot of affiliate directories where you can list your affiliate program. And don't forget that a lot of people search for "keyword affiliate program" when they're looking to join a program.
