An email list which I have collected from my site and also from an opt-in training industry year book. How do I send out mailings and nwsletters or email updates. I previously sent out a newsletter to a small list but now it has grown and my we site is going to e back up and running how do I go about it? Is there anyway to do it free?

To manage a small mailing, you could simply use Outlook or pretty much any other e-mail tool.

I routinely send a blast of 100+ e-mails to an industry list I have built for one of my sites - no biggie.

Other than that, watch out for free apps - there is always a catch. Nothing is truly free.

Don't use a hotmail, yahoo or gmail account to send these - use an actual e-mail address which is from the domain you have - you@yourdomain.com, for example.

make sure you spend a bit of time on the subject line - get that well sorted. You might want to even break the mailing up into 2, 3 or 4 groups so you can test different subject lines. Figure out which subject line worked best, then use that one for future mailings.
