Does google just pay $100 ONCE, once your referral reaches that mark or is it consistant for every month thereafter? Google seem to be a little vague on their program's description :

AFAIK, $100 once.
IMO, try something else.

You only get a payout when the account balance exceeds $100 - then, the following month, you get the balance. I recently recieved a cheque for $178 form them...no the wait is on to get back to $100 in the account again...LOL
Funny thing was, I noticed right at about the $99.87 mark in the account, my daily payment rate tanked - dramatically. I'm sure it's a coincidence, as traffic tapered off as well, but the trends don't really follow each other directly...but, anyway.

I ask this because it seems to me like Google are being rather cheap to award their publishers with only a one time payment of $100.
Say your referral has these earnings:
Month 1 = $104
Month 2 = $320
Month 3 = $510
Are you telling me that Google will pay up $100 bucks and then kiss the rest goodbye?
Why on earth would Google offer such a FLIMSY referral program when they have so much money coming out of their ears?
You may be right Dinkar. It's probably a good idea to try something a little more rewarding.
100 bucks, Please!
Anyone else care to share?

- they pay you 100.00 at the end of each month that your account has 100.00 ( or more ) in it.
examples:
Jan - 99.99 - no pay
Feb - 150.99 ( which included your 99.99 from Jan )- you get all of that - 150.99
April - 175.00 - you get all of that 175.00
May - 92.78 - no pay ( but 92.78 will be carried over to your April tally amount )
see
after a time I got at least 150 - 300 pay every month from them...... as I always have 100.00 ( or more ) in my account.

beth, he is not talking about Adsense Publisher; but about Adsense Referral.
Means if I joined Adsense as publisher under your affiliate ID, then you will earn $100 only once, when I will earn my first $100 as publisher.

When a user you've referred to AdSense first earns US $100, we'll credit your AdSense account with US $100.

That's ok Beth. Thanks for clearing that up Dinkar.
Perhaps Google is testing the waters first to see how successful their referral program will be. If successful, who knows; they may reward their hard working publishers a little bit more.
I guess all we can do now is wait and hope
Anyone know why Google doesn't offer a direct referral link?
