Im throwing a sweepstake where i will be adding prizes as time passes. I own a website but i also own a monthly newsletter that is passed out after concerts and at bars. I have limited space on the newsletter to work with and i want to know if it is legal for me to post the information on how to join the contest on the newsletter and say "For offical sweepstake rules either log on to mywebsite.com or mail P.O.Box 41422, Brecksville Ohio, 44141"
Also is a contest that grows druing the duration of the sweepstake legal?
Thanks
