Hi,
I am looking for list of top 10 or even top 20 most popular Internet Marketers and top 10 SEO experts. I was searching by google for that but I didnt find it. Please can you tell me where I can find that lists.

I don't know any SEO companies I'd trust but I'm sure some people might be able to point you in a good direction

Are you looking for the top ten who know how to market online & the top ten who know how to make SEO work?
Or are you after the top ten companies and people who spend money doing these things?

If you put the names like Armand Morin, Corey Rudl, Randy Gage, Michael Wong etc. so the name for which most people know for them I don't see any reason to treat that like spam. So am am talking about list of persons not about companies.

that's not the spam part I could imagine, random people dropping in saying 'Best SEO company in the world! only 10p and can get you to the top in an hour!' or something lol

You seem to already be on the right track with your list, though I'll admit to not knowing all you've listed.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but frankly, I only recommend things I've actually tried myself - same thing with people...
