If you do not yet have a privacy policy page up on your affiliate site, you may wish to seriously consider putting up a privacy page.
I just got a general affiliate marketer's email from one of my affiliate merchants making a privacy policy mandatory or risk having affiliate links deactivated. Of course this doesn't affect me as I've had a privacy policy on my affiliate sites for 5 years or longer. If you do not yet have one, you may want to get one up very soon as I imagine other affiliate merchants will be making the same requirement.

Items to include in a privacy policy:
- If applicable, how you use cookies.
- What kinds of personal information you collect or don't collect.
- How you treat a person's email address, physical address, and/or phone number.
- You may perhaps say something about your stance on spam.
- Also include a disclaimer about affiliate programs you provide links to (ex: services shown on this site are 3rd party services not belonging to [your company name] and detailed questions about those services should be sent to these 3rd party services. services are shown for informational and advertisement purposes and that [your company name] is a referring agent.)
Here's some other practical suggestions on this web site I found in Google:
Write a privacy policy that people can understand
