I have a list of about 15,000 subscribers and customers. I want to use some company to these out through. I have been looking at intellconnect.com, they seem pretty good. Anyone else know of any good and honest companies?

You could look into DataDog Interactive Marketing. I've never used them but I know a couple people who use them for email marketing. Datadogmarketing.com.

Why do you want to handover your customers and subscribers email address to 3rd party especially an email marketing company?

IMO, you should hire their services to draft the email only and send it from your website email address yourself. Almost all web host provide mailing list option in their hosting control panel.
