Blacklisting is a major problem for Emarketing (using mails).Share your ideas regarding blacklisting and ways to prevent it

I have gone through few options . I don't want to get involved into this mess of blacklisting so i am thinking for third party solutions which will aid me in solving this problem.

The major problem I have seen comes from the type(content, format) of mails sent and the targeted users
