Hi all,
Before launching my press release I got some doubts.

1. How frequently we can launch the press releases?
2. Is there any particular time to launch the press releases (end of the week, or start of the week)
3. Please tell me the best timings for launching the press releases
Thanks

1. How frequently we can launch the press releases?

Whenever you have news to report. Some companies' news isn't really news, but others feel that reporting new contracts new changes at your company, and even the launch or redesign of a web site is 'newsworthy'.
2. Is there any particular time to launch the press releases (end of the week, or start of the week)
It depends on the industry you're in and the news that you have to report. Many companies report financial results towards the beginning of the week while others will send out press releases as they sign contracts and have something newsworthy to report.
3. Please tell me the best timings for launching the press releases

If you can time your news release around another major event (perhaps your company has a soccer (football) related product or service and tying that to the World Cup might bring you some publicity. Journalists are always looking to tie in a story that is related to major events to give another 'twist' on it. Bank holidays, government holidays, and other religious holidays sometimes are slow news days, so that's also a good time to issue a press release.
