Well, our old friend from the previous post, Keywords llc, is back. This time Eric Jarrett has changed his name to Rick Jarrett and is now working for American Keywords. The scam is the same, an upgrade to IE and buy keywords. He called me two weeks ago to sell me on this great new idea. I was told that Microsoft developed it and American Keywords was the marketing arm. What a crock. Americam Keywords is a reseller for Keywords For You owned by John Sloatman who supposedly sued Eric Jarrett and Charles Lloyd. See previously mentione forum. Charles Lloyd now owns Godotless, a company that does the same thing. After much research, starting right here, I found that all three are now tied together again doing the same scam. When I asked Rick Jarrett if he was Eric Jarrett, he denied it. I then pointed out that the phone number listed on American Keywords BBB report is the same as Cyberphrases, Eric's old company. He guaranteed click throughs, but just flooded our site with false hits that when tracked led back to Godotless. They even went so far as to submit two leads, one from New York and one from California. Ironically both leads filled out the form from the same IP address. When presented with all of the information I found here and at Ripoff Report, I was given an immediate refund. I am sure they didn't want all of this to surface again.
