After I bookmarked my websites to 100 social bookmarking websites, I could notice a huge difference in traffic for many days. This also helped me in conversions at those days.
I had hired an experienced person to do the job of submission, and the amount spent on this was really worth.
Now I want to do this again. But, are there any ways to submit the same websites to those social bookmarking websites and get the traffic and conversions again and again? Are there any suggestions to do this?
I am now planning to create blogs and display products there. Then I will be able to submit those blogs to these websites. Will this help?

submission of your pages to social media is better served if it is done by your site visitors that want to share your info with others. Over the long term, if you constantly submit from the same IP it will be noticed and devalued. Social media is about the community sharing and is a measure of your value to your users. It is actually becoming an analytic. The same with blogs, if your writing blogs and sending links back to yourself, it will not be as strong in the long term. The real strength is in bloggers finding your products or/and information important enough to include in thier writing and then that links back to you.
Unfortunately, the system is getting hip to your scheme and it is slowly being devalued by the SE's.
Also with blogging. Remember that google places value on sites that get more traffic than others. even if you do create several blogs, you still have to drive traffic to them just like you would any other website. A dead blog, even thouigh it has links to your main site, will not converet if actual people aren't clicking through.
But I agree, when it works, it works great.

what i will do is to place a social bookmark bar somewhere in your site and let the visitors do the tracking.

But it is always a difficult task to get more visitors to our website easily. It is a process of many ways in SEO. Social bookmarking with specific tags is really a short cut. This is my experience.
