Let me get this straight.
You have a blog about SEO but you don't know anything about SEO. Is that correct?

Why don't you create a blog about something you know about?

And what language do you write your blog ? The best suggestion would be to hire someone who could write in English and knows the subject well.

Or write a blog about something you know about, in a language you know about.
Your current plan seems like doing it standing up in a hammock - why make life difficult for yourself?

What I'd suggest for a blog like yours is promotion via Link Building and Articles.
Post some keyword rich articles on your blog.
Also go to other SEO blogs and post useful content there with your keywords.
Hyperlink your keywords with a URL to your website.
Voila! Your blog ranks higher for the Keyword in Google.
Soon you'll see some targeted and high quality traffic coming your way.
If you cannot handle this, get yourself a content writer(like myself) who could handle it for you.

Frankly, I wouldn't bother.
there are already 20,000 SEO blogs where the author has no idea what they are talking about - and these tend to fare badly compared to the 53 that know something, and the 11 that know a lot.
And if you look at the big picture, there are probably 400,000,000 blogs that have no useful content, few visitors (except the owner) and no point.
Why add to them?
First decide what you want a blog for, and if you really, really don't know (as I strongly suspect), then why waste the effort? Watching paint dry is much less effort - and less embarrassing afterwards.

Hello
Writing a blog about seo is a very good idea. Because by writing a blog you could get money for example from Google Adsense. I am a member of Google Adsense.
It is built on free hosting but it is very efective.
