What would be the market value be for ($1.5MM??):

-Established 14 year old company in the high tech industry with registered trademarks with over $500K in internet based hardware sales with over 50% Gross Profit!!

-is the registrant for the trademarks in the .com/net/org/info/biz/us tld's. The .com domain has been registered 8 years and the .net/org domains have been registered for over 6 years.

-Has well known established "branded" niche products. Products can be purchased via a shopping cart or by telephone.

-Target markets are wide spread, Federal, Commercial and Retail.

-Geography: 90% US-wide, 10% other.

-Company can be located anywhere.

-90% of sales are Visa/Mastercard

-listed in yahoo and dmoz

-top rankings in all of the search engines (no ppc, banners, or sponsorships)

-only about $80K in Inventory. Established bank and merchant accounts and net 30 credit lines with major high tech distributors. Company has been profitable every year.

What do you think it would be worth?

I think it would be worth six times more if you posted six times less. wink Seriously though, I don't do appraisals. If you want to offer your site for sale then follow the forum rules.

xterrablegrrl,

Are you offering this site for sale? If so, follow the forum rules and post the url and other required info. If not then start your own thread because this thread is quite clearly about me "Looking to buy" websites.

Also, please delete the extra posts...(mods, where are you?!)

Upsidedown
This thread is quite clearly NOT about You. I think xterrablegrrl, started it...are we getting a little possessive about ownership of these threads?

Uhh....actually it was about UpSide Out. One of the mods pulled these posts out of another thread and used them to start a thread for xterrablegrrl. Sorry, should have noted that.
