Findwhat.com has announced plans to purchase Miva. The deal is pending approval from the board of directors of each company.
Findwhat claims they are working to increase their offerings for small busines clients by consolidating several tools and offerings under one company.
From the article...
"Pisaris-Henderson, speaking at a Kaufman Brothers investor conference on Wednesday, said the company would give small businesses the chance to go beyond just using search marketing to draw visitors to their sites. "

It makes sense, Miva has a huge user base, and proper campaign tracking means putting the information right into the same record as the sale.
