Didn't they buy that initially for $500M or something outrageous like that?
Looks like it's a holding/financial company that bought it. If I had any domains with NetworkSolutions (I don't), I'd be running for the hills right now.
What impact will this have on Verisign's core business ... maybe they can finally get back to what they're good at, and restore their customer service levels to where they used to be, without netsol dragging them down.
